Ingredients: Calcium 66mg, Magnesium 20mg, Vitamin D 10 mcg, Humic Acids, Potassium Salts 450mg, Water, Fluvic Acid.

Directions: Shake well. Drink straight from the bottle or mix into 250ml of water. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. For long term use, consult a health care practitioner.
