Ingredients: Verisol hydrolyzed collagen 2500mg, zinc 5mg, biotin 250mcg, purified water, glycerin, xylitol, natural flavours, citric acid, organic stevia leaf extract, potassium sorbate.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 serving (10ml) 1-2 times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. May be mixed with water or other beverage. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
